About Elias
I’ve been working with young students for eight years. I started as a one-to-one to severely autistic children. My next career, as a behavior-intervention-implementer, brought opportunities to connect with both SpEd and GenEd students. Direct experience in the field had me leading lessons, implementing accommodations, and becoming the ultimate cheerleader. I’m very empathetic, so I naturally formed trusting connections that helped my students want to learn.

I’ve always been in gifted programs, but I faced intensely pressuring environments. Now, I’m dedicated to providing an empathetic, smooth journey through school so students can learn with the passion and confidence they deserve. I adapt my lessons to individual learning styles, respecting strengths and weaknesses alike. School can be a rigid, unforgiving environment, but my lessons are full of encouragement.
