About Ateş
I underwent Feldenkrais, Eric Morris, Meisner, Chekhov, Stanislavski, Grotowski lessons and did my Actor Training and Coaching MA at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. Also I did musicals back in my Bachelor years. I studied Maths in my bachelor degree and I think that helped me make my acting approach more analytical which I believe is a missing piece in acting training and coaching.

I underwent Feldenkrais, Eric Morris, Meisner, Chekhov, Stanislavski, Grotowski workshops. Feldenkrais is a physical-based relaxation technique rather than an acting technique but personally, I believe its warm-ups help actors to get rid of their anxiety or shows them how to deal with it. :) All the other techniques are legit but I don't like to stick with one technique's exercises because I do think all of them might be helpful for different types of people. I've been doing theatre since middle school so I had many monologues I can suggest and tons of exercises in the back of my mind. I believe playing monologues is really helpful for improving ourselves as actors and I will explain why I believe that in our first session but now I can say during our lessons we mostly work on these monologues to develop your understanding and perception about characters.
