About Krishna
My Background:
My academic research heavily explored the "Right to Privacy in the Age of Generative AI," specifically providing comparative analyses between Indian (DPDP Act) and European (GDPR) legal frameworks. Beyond domestic policy, I also have a strong foundation in international trade law, WTO agreements, and intellectual property protections for software and data.
Before earning my LL.M., I spent five years operating in the tech and startup ecosystem as a CEO. This executive experience allows me to teach the law not just as a set of rules, but as a framework that directly impacts data-driven business models, startup operations, and corporate compliance.
My Teaching Methodology:
I do not believe in rote memorization. Law is deeply contextual. In my sessions, we will dissect case studies, analyze real-world tech operations, and engage in comparative legal analysis.
