About Ramshankar

Hello! My name is Ramshankar, and I am a Grade 11 student with a strong passion for mathematics that began when I was in Grade 2. Over the years, I have consistently challenged myself by studying advanced math topics beyond my grade level and seeking opportunities to deepen my understanding of the subject.
I have completed AP Precalculus and enjoy exploring higher-level mathematics, problem-solving, and mathematical thinking. Math is more than just a school subject for me—it's a field that I genuinely enjoy learning about in my free time. Whether it is algebra, geometry, functions, trigonometry, or problem-solving techniques, I am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge.
As a tutor, I focus on helping students truly understand concepts rather than simply memorizing procedures. I believe that every student can succeed in math when concepts are explained clearly and patiently. My goal is to build confidence, strengthen foundational skills, and help students develop a positive attitude toward mathematics.
I work with students in Grades 5–10 and tailor each lesson to their individual needs, learning style, and goals. Whether a student wants to improve grades, prepare for tests, complete homework more confidently, or get ahead in class, I am committed to providing supportive, engaging, and effective instruction.

About the lesson

Hi! My name is Ramshankar, and I am a Grade 11 student passionate about mathematics and helping others succeed. I offer math tutoring for students in Grades 5–10 and focus on making math easy to understand through clear, step-by-step explanations.
My teaching method starts off with building strong foundations. Instead of memorizing formulas, students learn why concepts work and how to apply them confidently. Each lesson typically includes a review of previous material, learning a new topic, guided examples, practice questions, and a summary of key ideas.
What sets me apart is my patience, ability to explain concepts in simple language, and dedication to helping students gain confidence. As a student myself, I understand the common challenges learners face and can explain topics in a relatable way. My lessons are ideal for students who need help with homework, test preparation, improving grades, strengthening fundamentals, or getting ahead in their math courses.
