About Kass
I’m currently studying Economics and Finance at the University of York, a course that builds heavily on mathematical and statistical skills. Having achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE Maths and studied A-level Maths, I have a strong understanding of the concepts and exam techniques students need to succeed. I’m excited to help others gain confidence in maths and enjoy making difficult topics easier to understand (I myself was tutored from grade 4 - grade 9 at GCSE). As a younger tutor, I’m approachable and able to explain ideas in a clear, relatable way that connects with students.

Each lesson is one hour long and delivered online via Google Meet. I provide a full range of high-quality resources, including topic-specific exercises, past paper questions, and full mock exams to track progress. Lessons are fully tailored to the student’s exam board and ability, with clear explanations and step-by-step guidance for each topic. I focus on building confidence through exam-style practice, breaking down complex questions, and identifying individual weaknesses to turn them into strengths. Homework and review materials are also provided for steady improvement between sessions.
