About Kate
I am a Year 11 student who understands the challenges of schoolwork and exams from first-hand experience. I got A* in both numeracy and mathematics GCSE’s. I am reliable, organised, and patient, with experience supporting younger students and even teaching through school projects. My approach is friendly but focused, so students feel comfortable while making real progress. I aim to build confidence as well as knowledge, creating lessons that are clear, supportive, and tailored to individual needs.

I work on the same wavelength as students in Years 7–11, making lessons friendly and easy to follow. Sessions last 30 minutes to an hour and focus on building confidence in schoolwork. I explain topics clearly, give step-by-step help, and make sure students actually understand rather than just memorise. My goal is to create a supportive environment where learning feels manageable and even enjoyable.
