Saya adalah Tutor AISYA .Peranan guru tidak hilang dengan ledakan peranan teknologi maklumat dan komunikasi dalam dunia pendidikan kini. Murid masih mengharapkan kreativiti seseorang guru dalam menyantuni kejayaan mereka.
Oleh itu, pembelajaran berkesan berlaku jika murid seronok belajar. Pembelajaran merangkumi tiga aspek perlu diberi keutamaan, iaitu guru, murid, dan bahan.
Apabila ketiga-tiga aspek saling berinteraksi antara satu sama lain, maka akan wujud pembelajaran berkesan. Tugas guru bukan hanya memberi ilmu pengetahuan kepada murid, tetapi lebih daripada itu.
Guru perlu berupaya menarik minat murid kepada apa-apa jua yang ingin disampaikan. Mereka perlu berusaha ke arah menonjolkan kreativiti lebih tinggi untuk menarik minat dan keseronokan murid terus mengikuti pengajarannya.
