About Portia
My name is portia I am a part BBA student doing my last year. I used to work for an outsource company that had customers based in the U.K. for someone that wasn't fluent in english, I was forced out of my comfort zone to can communicate with a customer base that I was not familiar with. That give me the skills that I have today to can speak english fluently without mixing African words. It was a challenge but I because of my perseverance, I ended up being one of the top performing customer service agents with exceptional customer service delivery.

As someone that was not comfortable in expressing my self in a language beside my own native language, It took me patience and time for me to finaly be able to speakthe english language well. I offer more than just a lesson. I understand that it takes time and patience to learn a language that is not you own and that is what im willing to offer my potential students.
