About Nihar
26 June, 2013. I still remember walking out of my college with a gold medal hanging around my neck and an engineering degree in my hand. Hi! I am Nihar Ranjan , I am a business man, who has been teaching students since school. This love for teaching has not stopped, i have been regularly teaching my students without any break even when I am successfully running a business. When I found out about SuperProf, I got really excited to teach online.
Let's be honest, why I'm far better than any full time teacher out there, well firstly I don't teach to earn my livelihood, thus, I won't be afraid to go that extra mile with my student, to understand their needs, their shortcomings, etc. My strategy here is to make the child comfortable and confident with the subject. For example, if a student encounters a mathematical problem, then he/she should know how they will build the solution, what mathematical techniques does he/she have in their backpack. The student shouldn't be afraid of any concept, they should rather be hands on with each concept that they need at their disposal. This is the framework I approach to build the mindset of my student.

For example we all know concepts ofIntegration, but do we know how Integration works in real life? Well, I'll show integration happening in real life. I'll try to bring exact analogies with the real world, so that the student not just study the subject, he/she also interacts with it.
