Mercy is an extremely hardworking and a dedicated person who always takes her work very seriously. She gives her 100% to the job she takes and focuses on the quality of her work. She makes sure that her students understand each topic in detail and deals with their queries with so much patience.

I have attended her training sessions and they were really good. It is important for a trainer to have good hold on local language and English along with German So that participants can corelate and understand better and also learn quickly while going through various scenarios.
