Passionate about sport, impressed by the capabilities of our body, I have never stopped learning and training around the sport of nutrition and the human body.

As I I said, my goal is to empower you to live a healthier life. Ok, but how?

Excellent! Fatima a posé des questions pour comprendre pourquoi j'avais fait appel à un prof! elle a adapté son programme afin de m'apprendre à renforcer mon genou et m'aider à redevenir plus dynamique! Nous avons fait nos séances en plein air avec du matériel simple (élastiques, poids,...) Elle donne aussi de bons conseils sur la vie quotidienne pour améliorer ses pratiques et son alimentation !
