Details

Clients will have a weekly lesson with me and will receive 2 recipes to use throughout the week for meal planning and prepping after our session. I offer multiple levels at which we can work together ranging from providing recipes to accompanying you either in person or via webcam (Skype, FaceTime, Zoom) to the grocery store to help you select the ingredients. If you choose to have me create more than 2 recipes for you per week, an addition $15/recipe will be added. Each client will receive recipes and guidance to meet their specific needs and will have complete freedom to share with me your goals and upcoming engagements to ensure I can help you navigate preparation and execution.

First Free Lesson: 30 minutes session, 1 recipe: *FREE*
The Basics, Please: 1 hour session, 2 recipes (grocery lists): $45
Give Me More: each additional recipe: $15
Need A Little Help: 1 hour session, 2 recipes (grocery list), accompanied shopping (1 hr max): $75
As Little Work As Possible: 1 hour session, 2 recipes (grocery list), groceries provided: $135 +cost of groceries from agreed upon store


All cancelled lessons are subject to a 100% fee if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. I will do my very best to be understanding and will reschedule as our schedules allow. The first complete cancellation (not rescheduled, less than 24 hrs notice) will be waived as a courtesy, this does not include As Little Work As Possible.
