About Mostafijur
I am a globally experienced professional, human-centered leader and MBA graduate with over 16 years of multidisciplinary experience working across diverse cultural and professional environments. I am currently pursuing a Research Master's in Public Policy at the University of Auckland.
My passion is helping people unlock their potential through effective communication, confidence-building and lifelong learning. Throughout my career, I have mentored professionals, developed teams and supported people from different backgrounds to strengthen their skills and achieve meaningful goals.
My teaching approach combines practical experience, academic insight and genuine empathy. I believe every learner has unique strengths, and my role is to create a supportive environment where students can improve their English, enhance critical thinking, develop leadership qualities and communicate with greater confidence.

Through interactive conversations, real-world examples and practical exercises, I support learners in developing not only their English proficiency but also critical thinking, problem-solving mindset, leadership capability, relationship-building skills, teamwork and systems thinking.
