About Mireia
I've always loved English. I discovered it when I was young and slowly learned it until I was able to teach at a private language school. Thanks to it, and my passion for it, I have lived in the USA, Ireland and England. I have also been able to study an international career one hundred percent in English. During these experiences I have further improved my skills in this language to achieve a C2 level.
I would love to be able to help other passionate people like me to achieve their goals, to open doors for them learning the language, and also to provide them with opportunities to live in English-speaking countries, or pass exams to access higher levels.

I make sure my lessons are as adapted to the student as possible, attending to the needs, objectives, abilities and time of each one. I always try to maintain a balance between written and oral expression and comprehension, unless the student's objectives are different. I consider that grammar is important but I believe that the best way to learn it is with oral practice.
In addition, I don't usually set homework, I'd rather work hand in hand with the student to improve and go deeper into each students' needs and curiosities, solving doubts and answering questions.
I like to use all kinds of digital / physical materials that are already part of the routine of each student while adapting the readings, talks or general topics of the classes to the specific tastes of each student. This, makes learning much more enjoyable and interesting.
