About Juliana
I have tutored two long time students before this career. I have also done vast research with my teachers to ensure I can provide a quality education. My counselor was the one who personally reached out t provide me with the opportunity to tutor. While I may be newer to the field of tutoring I can ensure that I easily adapt. Like previously mentioned I have long term experience from friends and two students.

My teaching method consists of not only hands on practice problems, but also the combination of visual aids. My main techniques for teaching are providing a demonstration for a style of problem before helping the student with a different example using hints. What sets me apart as a tutor is that I am still a student with extracurriculars so I can provide helpful insight on how to study and hone the techniques practiced in tutoring while dealing with a busy schedule. As previously mentioned I am a gifted student so I can also better understand how a gifted person may better understand topics. Having said that my lessons are for any student up to seniors in high school. A typical lesson plan will start with an overview of the topic containing key points to ensue the student has/gains a basic understanding before going into specifics. Ideally, I prefer to base the plan around each individual.
