About Lorena

Hello! My name is Lorena, I am 15 years old and I am currently spending a year abroad in Ireland. I was born in Croatia and have had the amazing opportunity to take part in two student exchange programs, one in Denmark and one in Chicago. These experiences have helped me develop a deep appreciation for different cultures and languages. I have always loved learning languages myself, which is one of the main reasons I enjoy helping others improve their German. I know how challenging schoolwork can be and I like making lessons engaging, clear, and practical so that students feel confident and motivated. In my free time, I enjoy writing texts, reading, baking, and playing tennis. I also love discovering new ways to learn and teach, and I take pride in helping others reach their goals. Teaching is not just about giving knowledge it’s about inspiring confidence and showing that learning can be fun and rewarding. I look forward to helping you improve your German skills in a structured, friendly, and motivating way!

About the lesson

I am 15 years old and offer online German lessons specifically for students who are learning German at school and need extra support. My first language is Croatian, German is my second, and I also speak English very well. I am currently spending a year abroad in Ireland, which gives me valuable experience with languages and effective learning strategies. Having attended advanced courses in English and French myself, I understand how lessons are structured and how to explain content clearly. In my lessons, I work individually with students on grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and pronunciation. We practice with school tasks, texts, and examples so that the learning can be applied directly. Each lesson is tailored to the student’s level and needs to make learning motivating and effective. A lesson usually lasts 60 minutes and costs €15. I am happy to conduct lessons online via Zoom or WhatsApp. Lessons are practical, structured, and motivating – making learning German easier and more enjoyable.
