About Tejal

I teach the German A1, A2 and B1 levels. I have been teaching since August of 2018. I have completed till B2.1 level from Max Mueller Bhavan. Currently pursuing B2.2 from Goethe Max Mueller Bhavan. I have taught several students online effectively since the lockdown. For more Info drop a "Hi" and I will get back to you at the earliest!

About the lesson

I start off with the alphabets so that when you read you know exactly how to pronounce the words and it doesn't become overwhelming! I follow a slow and steady approach and not just rush into things, taking into consideration the speed of the student. Modifying methods according to the student's needs is a priority. One on one web classes, no chaos :)

She has a deep and thorough understanding of her subject. During lectures, you wont feel even a minute trace of boredom since you become attentive unknowingly from the start of the lecture. Normally a person would be irritated if you frequently interrupt him/her while teaching, but that's not the case with her. You can easily clarify the difficulties with her even during the lectures, as she is always on her toes to help her students. She has always demonstrated a willingness to change or modify her teaching methods based on her class's needs and personalities. She prepares several mock tests for the students to solve before their final exams. Overall, I would definitely keep on taking classes from her and would advise others to do so too.

Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
I chose German as my second language in 11th Std and my teacher at the time made our batch fall in love with the language and that's how I developed an interest in the same.
What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
I always had a teaching instinct in me. Before taking up teaching language, I helped kids in various subjects.
How does your work help society?
Language always brings people together from various areas of life. I think it helps people express themselves more.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
I think all my teachers throughout my German Language journey have been very supportive.
Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.
Outside teaching, I like watching movies, reading books and playing badminton.
