About Tiffany
I am Tiffany, originally from the Netherlands and have lived in Adelaide since May 2023. I have been practicing yoga for >6 years and completed my yoga teacher training in the South of Spain in January 2023.
Since then, I have been teaching private classes in Europe. After moving to Adelaide I started teaching Yin yoga in a small yoga studio and have taken on multiple classes in community centres and in the park lands.
Mindfulness, breathwork, and movement are naturally part of my classes, as I aim to offer a holistic experience for students of all levels.

Have you always wanted to try yoga?
Get started with a gentle yoga flow class, suitable for beginners.
Each class is 60 minutes, starting with a short meditation, followed by the asana (yoga poses) practice and ending with a relaxing mini-meditation so you feel relaxed and ready to take on your day.
All you need to bring is a yoga mat and your water bottle. No prior yoga experience is needed.
