I base my classes on understanding your needs first, gauging the root of the problem and then accordingly working on meditations, mindfulness practices, positive affirmations to de stress you . I work with oracle and tarot cards to understand your blockages in your growth and help you accordingly. We will also use the law of attraction to help you grow in your desired direction.
