About Isabel
I am a GED tutor with 7 years of experience and a Master of Education in Curriculum Studies. I enjoy helping students reach their academic goals by providing patient instruction and personalized support throughout their preparation.
My teaching style is encouraging, practical, and focused on building confidence through understanding. I create lessons that suit different learning styles while helping students improve steadily through consistent guidance.
Outside teaching, I enjoy developing educational resources, reading about assessment methods, and exploring modern teaching practices. These experiences help me create effective lessons that prepare students for success.

My GED lessons focus on building strong academic skills through structured and supportive learning. Students practice reading comprehension, text commentary, grammar, phonetics, rhetoric, proofreading, vocabulary, and writing using activities that match real examination expectations. Every lesson develops confidence through clear explanations and regular practice.
As learners improve, we work on essay organization, language analysis, critical thinking, timed exercises, and revision strategies. I explain each topic step by step while providing detailed feedback that helps students strengthen their understanding and improve their performance.
My goal is to prepare students for the GED while developing lifelong learning skills. Every lesson improves reading, writing, communication, and independent thinking, helping learners approach the examination with confidence.
