About Reba
I am studying a Master's at Imperial in science communication which demonstrates my passion for helping others understand science. I think it is extremely important to get to know individuals and their needs and explain things in an adaptable way to maximise understanding.
I also love working with young people and have a year of full-time work experience in a pharmaceutical company's outreach space (Vertex Pharmaceuticals) where I worked with secondary age students and supported the delivery of science practical sessions and activities.
My hobbies include playing the trumpet in jazz bands and watching sports (especially women's football!). I am excited to get to know students and have fun but productive sessions.

I have 3 years tutoring experience between year 9 and 13 for GCSE science and A-level biology/chemistry. I am passionate about creating engaging sessions that are tailored to the needs of the individual student. I aim to unpick any misunderstandings to provide a clear explanation of content and use real exam questions to apply knowledge.
