About Aayan
I was someone that was always confident at Maths from primary school and even continuing onto secondary school. However, my first major shock came in year 9 when I first started GCSE Maths. This year produced many setbacks due to the difficulty of the subject resulting in me getting a grade 6 in my end of year exam. I will use the same methods and teaching (while also supplying relevant revision techniques and homework) that took me from a grade 6 at the end of year 9, to a grade 9 over the summer holidays. These revision techniques and learning styles are something that I have carried over to A-level allowing me to achieve A*A*A*A in my year 12 mocks.

Teaching style will consist of first developing an understanding of skills in a particular topic. If skill set in the respective topic is strong, I will focus on challenging them with harder exam-style questions. If skill set is lacking, I will focus on deconstructing the problem and building their ability. The lessons will be for anyone currently studying GCSE Mathematics, lessons will either be an hour long or half an hour long depending on student needs. I am an A* level, current Maths A-Level student, and I also achieved a grade 9 at GCSE level Maths.
