About William
I am currently a Law student at the University of Lincoln, with a broad knowledge of the GCSE History curriculum subjects. I have experience of having tutored informally at secondary school and college, though I am currently looking for my first professional opportunity. I aim to be as flexible as possible with regard to lesson times, taking into regard both the pupil's availability and my own. I will also strive to create an informal teaching environment to make the student feel at ease with what I am teaching, which can sometimes be confusing and challenging to learn. However, I will strive to make the student feel comfortable with asking questions and with the subject matter in general, testing them at regular periods. If requested, I am also able to deliver progress reports to parents or guardians to discuss my feelings on the student's progress.

I am a university student who is willing to tutor secondary school students in History (especially those who have chosen to study it at GCSE level). I am able to visit them at home at the student's convenience and my own. I would primarily use visual teaching to explain a subject, as well as using textbooks and my laptop. If preferred, I am also willing to conduct my lessons over webcam.
