About Aanya
Hi, I'm a Dentistry graduate from the University of Bristol with a real passion for helping students feel confident in science.
Having studied Biology and Chemistry to an advanced level and completed one of the UK's most demanding degree programmes, I understand both the content and the exam skills needed to achieve top grades. Throughout university I've enjoyed mentoring younger students, and I love breaking difficult topics down into clear, manageable steps.
My aim isn't just to improve marks—it's to help students understand why something works, so they become more independent and confident in the classroom. I'm patient, approachable and adapt every lesson to the individual, whether they're aiming to pass, achieve a Grade 9, or secure an A/A* at A-level.

Every lesson is tailored to the student's goals, strengths and areas they find most challenging.
I begin by identifying any gaps in understanding, then explain concepts in a simple, logical way before reinforcing them with exam-style questions and past paper practice. This helps students develop both strong subject knowledge and the exam technique that makes the biggest difference in GCSE and A-level exams.
After each session, students receive concise notes, personalised practice questions and clear targets for the following week, so progress is easy to track. My lessons are supportive and interactive, and I encourage students to ask questions freely—building confidence is just as important as learning the content.
