About Rebeca

As an avid learner myself, I have a genuine love for education. I started tutoring alongside my higher education studies—I hold degrees from the University of St Andrews and University College London—and soon discovered a passion for teaching.

Over the past 7 years I have delivered more than 5000 hours of tuition, working with students both privately and in mainstream and alternative education. I am particularly experienced with the GCSE and iGCSE curricula, across all exam boards.

As well as being precise and results-driven, I have developed an adaptable and compassionate approach to teaching. I am able to identify and address barriers by crafting lessons tailored to each student's unique learning style, building the confidence and skills necessary to thrive within and beyond the classroom.

About the lesson

I offer a free introductory session to determine:
- Current level and tuition goals
- Unique learning style
- Initial lesson plan outline based on available timeframe

Following that, my hourly rate includes:
- 1 hour lesson
- Tailored lesson plan and learning resources
- Weekly homework and marking
