About Danielle
Hello! My name is Danielle, and I am a final-year Law student at the University of Birmingham. I achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE English Literature and an A* in A-Level English Literature, and I am passionate about helping students succeed in the subject.
As a Law student, I regularly analyse complex texts, construct detailed arguments, and write at a high academic level, skills that are directly applicable to English Literature. I understand how challenging English Literature can sometimes feel, particularly when it comes to essay writing and exam preparation, and I enjoy helping students develop the skills and confidence needed to reach their full potential.
I am patient, approachable, and committed to ensuring every student feels supported throughout their learning journey. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals in GCSE English Literature.

I offer GCSE English Literature tutoring tailored to each student's individual needs, whether they are looking to improve their confidence, strengthen their essay-writing skills, develop their analysis of texts, or prepare for exams.
My lessons are supportive, interactive, and focused on helping students actively engage with their texts rather than simply memorising information. Together, we can work on analysing key quotations, exploring themes and characters, improving essay structure, and mastering exam techniques. I also create personalised digital revision packs, quotation banks, and practice materials to help students revise effectively between lessons and build confidence in their knowledge.
Every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching approach to suit each individual, ensuring lessons are both productive and enjoyable. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions, developing their ideas, and making mistakes as part of the learning process.
