About Maha

I am a dedicated student who has completed their GCSEs, with a strong passion for mathematics and a desire to help others succeed in this subject. Having experienced the challenges of learning maths myself, I understand how important it is to have the right support and guidance. I want to tutor because I believe that with the right approach, anyone can improve their maths skills and gain confidence in their abilities. My goal is to create a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring concepts. I am excited to share my knowledge and strategies to help others not only achieve their academic goals but also develop a lasting appreciation for maths.

About the lesson

With my strong academic background and deep understanding of the current curriculum, I provide personalised lessons that cater to each student's unique needs. My approach focuses on improving comprehension of challenging topics, boosting confidence, and achieving higher grades. I break down complex concepts into easily digestible parts and use engaging teaching methods to make learning enjoyable. To ensure the most effective and tailored experience, I encourage students to inform me in advance about the specific topics they'd like to cover. This allows me to prepare customised materials and strategies, maximising our session's productivity. Also, while I’m more familiar with the Edexcel exam board for GCSE Maths, I’m still happy to work with students who use a different exam board. Whether preparing for exams or needing extra homework support, my tailored tuition sessions are designed to help students excel in maths.
