About Jessica
I have an enhanced DBS check and currently am tutoring students. I have completed a course in tutoring basics via the MyTutor website. Hello! My name is Jessica and I am a Medical Student at UEA. I am a current tutor looking for new tutees to teach GCSE biology. Being a Medical student, I have developed a love for Biology as a subject and can’t wait to share it with you!

I teach in a reflective student guided way. The first lesson is dedicated to building a strong relationship with the tutee and understanding strengths and areas of weakness across the specification. From there, I use a combination of learning styles to aid memory and I especially focus on interactive tasks. At the end of every session, I use real life exam questions to replicate those seen in the GCSE exam.
