About Riya
I’ve been dedicated to Kathak since the age of five, growing up immersed in its rhythms, grace, and storytelling power. My journey has been guided by years of disciplined practice and training, earning my Gandharva certification, and a deep love for this classical art. Kathak has shaped who I am, teaching me resilience, expression, and an appreciation for tradition. Now, I want to share that joy and depth with my students, helping them connect to their own inner rhythm, develop confidence, and find beauty in this transformative dance form. For me, Kathak is more than dance; it's a way of life, and I’m thrilled to pass on that passion.
