About Sidney
I am 22 years old, currently enrolled as a graduate student at the University of Alabama. I've always been in a teaching role, whether it was helping my peers during school, or serving as a camp counselor in my community. I have a passion for the field of mathematics and believe that I have been called to help my neighbors reach their educational goals!

I base my classes on experience-based, student-centered learning. I believe that students often learn when they are able to experience phenomena for themselves, yet the traditional classroom is designed kn a way that deprives the student of these crucial opportunities. So I like to design lessons that go along with student's curiosity and allow them to make sense of real-world occurrences.
