About Alex
I'm currently an A-level student studying Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Computer Science. I'm predicted 4A*s and have an offer to study Computing at Imperial College. I'm the president of the Computer Science Society in my school, which involves presenting weekly lectures and giving interactive lessons, tackling complex computer science topics, and how maths is actually used in computer systems. I find teaching people enjoyable and one of the most rewarding things I can do :)

I have a year of experience mentoring students in L6th, and as a tutor, I follow a Targeted Mastery approach. What I found works best is immediately establishing what you find most challenging. Then, we do as many questions together until you feel confident, learning techniques and strategies as well as consolidating any missing knowledge. So, lessons can vary between 30-60 minutes, but I'm flexible.
I am open to teaching anyone between Y10-Y12 (GCSE students up to Y12 A-level students for Single Mathematics).
