About Nathaly
Hi! I'm a fluent Spanish speaker, born in Colombia and raised in the UK since the age of 3. I grew up speaking Spanish at home and have also studied in Colombia during parts of my childhood, which helped me stay deeply connected to the language and culture. I love working with kids and believe learning should always be fun, especially for young learners. I’m not a fan of the “sit and listen” style — I prefer to make lessons playful, engaging, and interactive so kids feel like they’re just having fun while naturally picking up the language. Whether it’s through games, songs, role-play, or creative activities, I aim to create an environment where learning Spanish feels exciting and effortless. I’ve also had experience babysitting, and many of the children I’ve cared for — including kids with ADHD — ended up learning Spanish without even realising it, just by playing and chatting with me. I bring that same energy and creativity into my teaching style, making sure each child feels engaged, comfortable, and curious to learn more.
