About Leo
I have worked in hospitality since 1999, at the age of 12, I worked as a kitchen porter and from then fell in love with it all, worked in a vast amount of restaurants and honed my skills in very strict and ruthless kitchens. Over 25 years later I only recently stopped as a freelance chef and decided to teach everything I know to those that want to learn.

Whatever you want to learn and master, I can teach you even without a knife or pan! My time in kitchens has taught me that anyone can cook with the right guide but a true chef needs a mentor. I'm more than happy to teach anyone that wants to learn, I can guarantee you will have a deeper understanding and love for cooking. So whether you're an aspiring cook that wants to up their game, or a chef new to the industry, I will provide all the support you need.
