About Tom Dayton
I have been a fully qualified primary supply teacher for the last five years, currently based in West London. Before this I taught my own year 5 class in Eastleigh for a year. I have experience with ages 4-11 years old.

My teaching method is child-centred. I will identify key misconceptions and base my tutelage around those. I think of myself as a coach for the child. I will encourage independence through critical thinking and problem solving and will always aim to challenge my students to achieve their best.
