I take a structured yet engaging approach to tutoring, tailoring each lesson to suit the student’s learning pace and goals. My teaching methodology combines interactive practice, real-life communication, and a strong foundation in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (听说读写).
Depending on learning styles, I use visual aids, pronunciation drills, and conversation-based exercises to help students understand tones, grammar, and sentence structures in a practical way. There will also be a structured way to answer exam based questions.
Each lesson typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the student’s level and focus area. With experience tutoring both primary and secondary students, I strive to make Chinese learning enjoyable and confidence-building, ensuring steady improvement through clear explanations, guided practice, and constructive feedback.
My lessons are ideal for students who wish to strengthen their school performance or build conversational fluency in Mandarin and willing to learn.
