About Emily
My name is Emily, I love my job. I really enjoy getting to know a new class of children and finding the best ways to help them. I work hard, I am fun and enthusiastic and I will do my best to help you! I also have a sausage dog who will probably sit on my lap the entire time and if that doesn't entice you I don't know what will!

I like to make my lessons fun and engaging, catered to the child/children I am with and their interests. I am going into my 11th year of primary teaching and have worked across both key stages. I have tutored children both in KS1 and KS2 and towards passing their 11+ exams while working around my full time teaching job. I would love to be able to help your child achieve well in their KS2 SATs or make better progress at primary school. Typically lessons are 1-2 hours and can cover, reading, spelling, writing and maths and are available every evening bar Weds or at weekends at a suitable time.
