About Daniel

As a professional full-time math & science tutor for over 10 years, I am ambitious in helping students overcome their struggles and reach their full potential. I have helped hundreds of students achieve excellence in math and science subjects and get accepted into prestigious universities. My philosophy is that a great tutor does not only make students understand the materials they yet do and able to answer the questions they are not yet able to, but also coach students to become independent learners by teaching them the right study techniques and indoctrinating them with the correct mentality so that they can excel in university. In fact, the latter, since the day I decided to take tutoring as my career, has always been, and will forever be my ultimate goal and motivation when I take care of my students.

About the lesson

Thanks to the advance in technology, my lessons are all ONLINE through Zoom meetings with LIVE ANNOTATIONS as well as SCREEN SHARING of all the contents and materials, which make them essentially the same as traditional in-person 1-on-1 tutorials. Students can now stay home and just turn on the computer to receive live 1-on-1 tutoring lessons with a high flexibility of scheduling and locations.
My lessons range from catching up and keeping up to getting ahead and preparing for tests/quizzes and exams, depending on each student's needs and expectations. I will identify the best method for each student and make sure they benefit the most from it.
