About Ashwanikumar
Hi! I’m a professional actor, trained at the prestigious FTII, Pune—India’s premier acting institute. Over the past 7+ years, I’ve performed across theater, films, web series, and commercials, collaborating with storytellers and artists and directors from diverse backgrounds. But before all that—I was just a shy kid. Someone who used to avoid the spotlight, struggled to speak up in class, and felt invisible in a room full of people. Theater changed everything for me. It gave me confidence, clarity, and a sense of voice—not just as an actor, but as a person. And that’s exactly why I teach. I teach because I want to share what acting gave me: 1. The power to express yourself fully 2. The courage to be seen and heard 3. The joy of letting go and discovering new sides of yourself Whether you’re: A child who wants to build confidence A shy teen or adult who wants to break through hesitation Or a corporate professional looking to enhance presence and communication —my classes offer a safe, fun, and encouraging space where you can grow. I combine practical acting techniques with voice work, body language training, improv games, and emotion-based exercises. No pressure to “perform” — just space to explore, express, and become more confident. You don’t need to be an actor. You just need curiosity.
