About Dashon
Dashon has arrived! To be an effective teacher, I believe you must be enthusiastic about your topic. Being a student, I understand the difficulties of learning and can tell you that I am dedicated and passionate. Furthermore, I am a skilled communicator, both verbally and in writing, and have a great ability to plan and organize efficiently, all of which are required for the position of a qualified trainer. I understand the importance of the overall picture as well as the demands set by schools and the expectations of parents. This has been extremely useful to me throughout my tutoring years, and the formative years I spent learning these techniques as well. SO LET'S LEARN!

-English TA for two years, am currently enrolled in Advanced Honors English course.
-Create new materials, including audio and visual resources, by writing and producing them.
-Read and pre-grade weekly writing assignments and curriculum.
-Develop relationships with parents in order to have a complete support system (if necessary).
-Set reasonable deadlines and give clear instructions for the reading assignment and homework.
-Administer assessments and tests to evaluate student progress.
-Academic performance and social relationships in order to identify and assist students who are struggling.
