A Lifetime at the Keys!
When I was four, a local music teacher told my dad I was "too young" for lessons. He went back a year later, she finally agreed, and I’ve never looked back! By age 10, I was already a church musician, and 30 years later, I’m still at it every single week.
Music has been the heartbeat of my life, and as a professional primary school teacher, I love passing that spark on to others. I currently teach Music to Grade R–7 students, so I’m an expert at keeping things fun, patient, and easy for kids (and adults!) to understand. But it doesn't stop there. I have teenagers and adults enjoying piano lessons.
I blend my 30 years of "real world" church playing with formal training—I’m currently preparing for my Trinity College London Professional Diplomas. Whether you want to ace an exam or finally play that song you’ve always loved, I’m here to make the journey exciting.
I believe the best lessons happen when we’re having a laugh while making great music. Let’s get started!
