About Wen
Not your typical math tutor and SUPER proud of it.
With 22 years of experience and beyond, I have cracked the code on teaching every type of learner. My lessons are fun, energetic and tailored to you but when exam season hits, we mean business.
I started teaching online because I love to travel and I bring the world into our classroom sharing real experiences from the cities I explore to make math feel alive and relevant.

With 22 years of tutoring experience, I have worked with students of all learning characters. The shy, quiet ones you need to probe to 'see' their thought process to the restless doer who chat non-stop so time passes quickly without much learning.
My strength lies in listening first. It is important for me to understand each student's unique character and pace before tailoring my teaching approach to suit them.
I make traditionally intimidating topics algebra, trigonometry, angles, and calculus (math haters dread learning and doing these) feel approachable, thus more willing to try the questions.
My practical, results-driven method helps students not just pass exams but understand the why behind every concept and strategically score well during exam.
