About Xiaojie

I am from Beijing, China, and currently pursuing a master's degree abroad. I have plenty of time, so I can teach you anything you want to learn and customize lessons according to your needs. I enjoy learning languages and am currently studying Korean and Japanese (currently at the N5 level in Japanese). I also welcome friends from Korea and Japan to visit China. Previously, I had three years of teaching experience in China, working with elementary and middle school students. My teaching style is engaging and humorous, incorporating real-world topics and interactive discussions to make learning both effective and enjoyable. I believe that language learning is not just about memorizing vocabulary and grammar but also about understanding culture and communication in real-life situations. Whether you are preparing for the HSK or other Chinese proficiency exams, or simply want to improve your daily conversational skills, I can tailor lessons to suit your goals. If you're interested in learning Chinese, I can help you from the basics (such as HSK 1) all the way to more advanced levels, covering grammar, pronunciation, writing, and speaking practice. I also enjoy cultural exchange and would love to share insights about Chinese culture, traditions, and daily life. About the lesson

The general course content will be similar to the following, of course, this is only for reference, and the specific needs to be adjusted according to your requirements: Part 1: Pinyin & Basic Pronunciation Introduction to Chinese Pinyin (Initials, Finals, and Four Tones) Pinyin Spelling Rules (Pronunciation practice, distinguishing similar sounds) Basic Greetings ("Hello," "Goodbye," "Thank you," "You're welcome") Part 2: Basic Conversations Self-Introduction (Name, nationality, profession) Numbers & Time Expressions (1-100, dates, time) Family Members & Titles (Father, mother, siblings, etc.) Daily Activities (Eating, studying, working, shopping) Colors, Shapes, and Common Objects (Red, book, notebook, etc.) Weather & Seasons (Cold, hot, raining, winter, etc.) Hobbies & Interests (Like, dislike, sports, music, etc.)
