About Armaan
Hi, I’m a dedicated and approachable tutor with a real passion for helping students succeed. I specialise in GCSE and A-Level Maths, Physics, and Mechanics, and I’m currently studying at university, where I achieved 100% in my first-year maths module and 72.5% in electronics and mechanics. I know from experience that learning can sometimes feel overwhelming, I faced my own challenges during A-levels until I had a tutor who really made a difference. That experience inspired me to become a tutor myself, and now I’m committed to helping others build the same confidence I once lacked. My sessions are always calm, supportive, and focused on building understanding step by step. I pride myself on being patient, well-organised, and fully committed to each student's progress. Whether you're struggling with exam technique, specific topics, or just need someone to explain things clearly, I’m here to help you reach your goals, and enjoy the process along the way.

My approach to tutoring is patient, structured, and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I focus heavily on exam technique, past paper practice, and breaking down complex topics into simple, manageable steps. I use a visual and interactive teaching style, explaining each concept clearly and then demonstrating how to apply it to real exam questions. I also spend time reviewing common mistakes so students can avoid them in the future. Lessons are typically 1 hour long, but I can be flexible depending on the student's needs and attention span. Every session is paced to suit the student, whether that means slowing down for more detailed explanations or pushing forward for stretch topics. I'm currently studying at university and achieved 100% in my first-year maths module and 72.5% in electronics and mechanics. My tutoring is strongly shaped by my own experience at A-levels, where I struggled at first but improved massively with the help of a great tutor. That inspired me to start tutoring and help others overcome the same challenges. My lessons are ideal for GCSE and below students studying Maths and general Science, particularly those preparing for exams or looking to build their confidence in these subjects. Whether you’re aiming for top grades or trying to catch up, I’ll work with you to make real progress in a calm and supportive way.
