About Sharon-Anne
I originally trained as a nurse and after practicing in a range of disciplines I was the Practice Educator for my local NHS University Trust. I left nursing in 2009 and have since run my own businesses.
I have been writing stories and researching for projects of creative non-fiction since I was a little girl. I am obsessed with literature and passionate about the English language. I studied undergraduate Creative Writing with the Open University and I am currently studying my final module to achieve an MA Creative Writing.
I am lucky enough to share my home with fabulous Fox Terriers and am a Kennel Club registered breeder. I like exploring the Dorset countryside with them and collecting images of our astonishing county.
I am also a musician; trained in violin, guitar and piano, I am now learning to play the Church Pipe Organ. I hope to be ready for the Christmas Carolling - fingers crossed!
I am sentive to and aware of what is now commonly termed neurodiversity. I believe in helping learners to find the key to tap into to their learning style, and guide them to feel a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction in their own learning and achievement.
