About Rashida

My name is Rashida I absolutely love patisserie! I still remember my Food Tech teacher and she was awesome! I would love to be able to help someone on their learning journey and pass on my knowledge to others who are passionate about learning.

About the lesson

My classes are a fun and engaging way to learn about patisserie. I am patient and share my knowledge freely. You will leave the class with new skills and tips and tricks from a patisserie chef. I currently run my own Patisserie studio in London which has been featured on Good Morning Britain and in Good Homes Magazine. I’m looking forward to sharing my knowledge with enthusiastic budding pastry chefs and foodies.
