About Thomas
I have a PGCE in Secondary Science as well as a BSc in Physics. I also have an MA and PhD in the History and Philosophy of Science.
I have experience teaching science and maths lessons in secondary school. I have also taught university-level formal logic.

I offer onine tutorials in Maths for KS3 and GCSE (KS4) and in
in physics for KS3, KS4 and KS5, with an initial free lesson/consultation.
I also offer general KS3 science.
I'm passionate about mathematics and science. I also understand that they can be very challenging. My aim is to, through patience and clarity, help people to overcome those challenges.
I like to take big, complex ideas and break them down into smaller, more manageable chunks - this way, what seems at first overwhelming can actually be tackled.
I believe in a student-led approach in which I offer help in the areas the student finds most challenging.
