About Liss
Hello everyone! I am Lissette, a Spanish speaker from the Dominican Republic living in Canada. I use informal chat, vocabulary activities, and day-to-day contacts to help students improve their fluency in Spanish. My teaching style is very relaxed, non-threatening and geared towards helping you achieve your specific learning goals so that you can have confidence speaking Spanish.

Hello! My name is Lissette. I am a native speaker of Spanish, having been born and raised in the Dominican Republic. I now live in Canada.
My goal is to help students grow their Spanish through a friendly, relaxed and encouraging environment.
The focus of my classes will be on pronunciation, building vocabulary, having conversations and practicing everyday Spanish.
I will customize each of my classes based on your goals and learning style so you feel comfortable and confident speaking Spanish. Regardless of whether your reason for studying is for traveling, working, schooling, or pleasure, my aim is to make you as prepared and confident as possible to speak Spanish comfortably.
As well as helping students develop fluency and sound more like a native speaker, I will also assist with Spanish homework, clarifying grammar questions and assisting with Spanish school assignments.
My goal is to design classes that inspire you to speak, grow and enjoy learning Spanish. I hope to see you soon as we work together to learn Spanish!
