About Amanda
I am native speaker and am currently learning Spanish (currently at a high intermediate level) so I understand the challenges, nerves and frustration of learning a new language!
However, I LOVE learning languages and I LOVE watching my students grow in their confidence. This is your space to make as many mistakes as possible (this is how we learn!) with encouragement and positivity .
I am committed to supporting you to achieve your language goals! I am super (!) passionate about my love for teaching, language learning and connecting with people across the globe!

My lessons are for anyone who wants to improve their speaking, reading, listening or writing levels in English. Lessons will be 60 minutes long.
I am CELTA certified, having done the intensive in-person course. I have experience tutoring and teaching since 2017. I currently work as an EFL (English for Foreign Languages) in London.
I tailor my lessons to my students and have a collaborative approach if there is something in particular you would like to focus on. We are in this together as a team!
I teach using fun activities that model real world experiences, skills you will actually use every day. Real life context is essential for learning! For example, role plays, speaking activities to practise vocabulary and focusing on pronunciation.
