About Michelle Jones
As an avid pianist, I love to see the mathematical patterns in music! My aim is to inspire you to see how maths applies to your everyday life, building your confidence step by step with engaging lessons. I believe every student can master even the seemingly trickiest problems, and that maths appears in all aspects of life - from the symmetry of a butterfly’s wings to the strategy of a football match!

I provide interactive tuition designed to build lasting confidence and clarity in mathematical concepts. My lessons typically last an hour, which allow for thorough explanation of methods and plenty of time to tackle problems together. I use PowerPoint to deliver my tutoring to students. With extensive experience in maths up to GCSE level and a solid academic background, I tailor my sessions to meet the needs of students aged 11 and over (years 7 and above). Let’s make maths fun!
