About Kate
achieved a grade A in my Physics, Maths and Geography A-Levels and a grade A* in my Physics, Maths, Geography, English, and Spanish GCSEs.
I am a very motivated, committed, and organised individual which can be evidenced thorough my successes in academia, and personal achievements:
Awarded an Enhanced Army Scholarship and University Bursary; spent the past year as an Officer Cadet at the University of London Officer Training Core (ULOTC); I have decided to Commission as a Reserve Officer in the summer of 2017. Whilst as Sandhurst I was ranked 3rd in my platoon, and have since been given the position of Platoon Commander at the ULOTC.
Imperial College Athletics and Cross-Country Committee 2017-2018 – Hyde Park Relays Organiser.
Duke of Edinburgh Bronze, Silver, and Gold Award.
Deputy Head Girl, Exeter School, 2015-2016.
3rd in the London College League Cross Country Series.
Represented Devon at the English Schools Athletics Championships in the 800m and 4x100m, 2016.
Selected for the European Champion Clubs Cup to run the 800m for Thames Valley Harriers 2018.
Delegate at numerous Model United Nations Conferences, awarded “most distinguished delegate award” and “highly commended delegate”

I take great enjoyment in helping others achieve fantastic results, which I discovered through helping other classmates at School! My main goal is not just to help you get great results, but also enable you to understand why and how things work so that you can tackle whatever an exam throws at you, instead of relying on something you have just memorised.
From my own experience I have found that the best way to make studying engaging and informative is for it to be interactive and therefore learning becomes fun instead of a chore. This method can take many forms such as concept maps, detailed illustrated diagrams, mnemonics, and catchphrases.
